Candles4light customer service
We use primarily UPS for shipping. However, if we decide that your
order will arrive in a more timeley manner or the shipping cost is less expensive
we will ship your order by Priority Mail (USPS) and reimburse
you for the difference in freight cost. At checkout, you are given a choice
of different UPS service levels from Ground Service to Next Day Air Service.
Please note that none of the UPS accelerated services include Saturday deliveries.
Also, please be aware that the UPS pick-up day does not count as a shipping
day. For excample, an order placed on Tuesday afternoon and shipped on Wednesday
UPS Third Day will not arrive until Monday. We ship all orders within two to
four days. If you have a dead line, please e-mail us or call us at (866-263-5226).
Only actual UPS freight charges are billed. We do not add a handling or shipping
charge to your order.
After your order is shipped, you will be e-mailed a shipping confirmation
which includes the UPS or USPS tracking number. Since your order and shipping
e-mail is automatically generated, our email sometimes ends up in your spam
file. Thus, please also check your spam file.
