The information Candles4Light.com requests from the customer on the order form is only used to process and deliver an order. A customer must provide contact information (name, e-mail and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date and billing address).

Candles4Light.com uses the best encryption software in the industry to protect the transmission of all sensitive customer information - SSL. For your protection, we do not store any credit card information after a transmission has been completed. Candles4Light.com will not sell, share, or rent any customer information to others.
Established customers will occasionally receive information on products and promotions. However, out of respect for the privacy of our customers, we present the option not to receive these types of communications.

OUR RETURN POLICY:
You may return
items in its original packaging within 20 days for a full refund of the merchandise.
Please contact us to receive an authorization code. We will pay the return
shipping cost only if the return is the result of an error we made or if the
product is defective. We cannot accept any returns after 20 days of delivery
and cannot accept an item that is not in its original condition, unless defective.
Your refund will be in the original form of payment. If the item appears to
be damaged in shipping, please save the original packaging and contact us so
that we can have UPS pick up the shipment and inspect it. We will resend the
order at no additional charge.
