Candles4light policy
The information Candles4Light.com requests from the customer on the order form is only used to process and deliver an order. A customer must provide contact information (name, e-mail and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date and billing address).
Candles4Light.com maintains practices and procedures designed to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of all customer information. Candles4Light.com uses the best encryption software in the industry to protect the transmission of all sensitive customer information - SSL. For your protection, we do not store any credit card information after a transmission has been completed. Candles4Light.com will not sell, share, or rent any customer information to others.
Established customers will occasionally receive information on products and promotions. However, out of respect for the privacy of our customers, we present the option not to receive these types of communications.

OUR RETURN POLICY:
If you have to return your candles because the color does not match (unfortunately we have no control over the quality or setting of your monitor) or you ordered the wrong size, please return your candles to Candles4light.com, 12354 Skyline Blvd., Woodside, CA 94062. To cover our packaging costs and merchant fees, we will charge a 15% restocking charge. The returned
items have to be in their original packaging. Please contact us to receive an authorization code. We will pay the return
shipping cost and wave the restocking charge if the return is the result of an error we made or if the
product is defective. We cannot accept any returns after 20 days of delivery
and cannot accept an item that is not in its original condition, unless defective.
Your refund will be in the original form of payment. If the item appears to
be damaged in shipping, please save the original packaging and contact us so
that we can have UPS pick up the shipment and inspect it. We will reship the
order at no additional charge.
